Since 2020, Havas has been integrating and aligning the consumer experience
capabilities of its specialty shops such as BETC Fullsix and others into a global CX network. Now for the first time it has hired a CEO to oversee the operation — David Schulman, most recently
chief experience officer at WPP’s VML.
Schulman’s resume also includes stints as CEO of Omnicom Group’s Organic, president at Wunderman.

Havas agencies Think Design
(user experience) and Gate One (a digital and transformation consultancy), among others, have also contributed CX capabilities to the new network.
Havas said that with the addition of Schulman it
now has the right structure and approach for CX to operate as a network within the group. The company said the global CX market is growing by approximately 11% year over year.
Schulman will
be based in New York and report to Donna Murphy, global CEO of Havas Creative Network and Havas Health & You.
“Customers are holding brands accountable to deliver on the promises
they communicate,” stated Schulman. “Havas’ strength in Creative, Health, and Media, matched with a powerful CX network, creates a unique formula to deliver meaningful experiences
that help brands differentiate and win.”
