As managing director, Krensky will oversee account health, build client relationships and drive innovation across the agency. His main focus will be leading the Sam’s Club business. Krensky will also oversee community-engagement initiatives.

In addition, Archana Mahadevan joins as senior vice president-strategy director. Prior to this, she spent 11 years at DDB, most recently as group strategy director. During her tenure, Mahadevan worked on the State Farm, Conagra, La Quinta, LifeLock and the U.S. Army accounts.

Both hires follow AOR wins for Walmart-owned Sam’s Club, PNC Bank and Aura.

Arnold CEO, George Sargent, said the pair bring “a spirit of innovation and curiosity that is contagious.”
