Adam&EveDDB Wins Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK Account

Adam&eveDDB has won the advertising business for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK following a competitive pitch against three agencies, including incumbent agency BBH.

The win is a victory for the agency, which had handled the account in 2019.

The review is part of a big shift in marketing strategy for the business. The agency has created a new brand platform, which will place greater focus on services and mobility for its leisure and fleet customers. A year-long plan launches soon utilizig social platforms among other media.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK is expanding its existing product line with a seven-seat version of the award-winning ID. Buzz in late 2024 and the launch of the new Transporter range in the coming years.

Eve Tyers, head of marketing, PR & communications at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK, said the new marketing strategy will “reassert the fundamentals of our brand for our customers today and tomorrow.”

They agency has offices in London, Berlin and New York. Clients include LIONSGATE+, Adidas, Lucozade, CALM, PlayStation, Eurostar and Mars.
