Porsche Names New Head Of Customer Experience

Christine Russell Fleischer has been named vice president, customer experience at Porsche Cars North America.

Effective March 15, Fleischer will be based in Atlanta, the company’s North American headquarters. She replaces Lea Anderson, who left the automaker in October after a year in the position.

Fleischer joins PCNA after four years at Infiniti USA, where she most recently served as director, Infiniti customer experience and training, and previously held the role of general manager Infiniti global strategy, transformation office and president’s office in Yokohama, Japan.

She is charged with shaping the automaker's future direction "as we strive to ensure every customer experience is exceptional,” said Timo Resch, president and CEO, PCNA, in a release. “More than a decade spent working in the U.S. means Christine joins us already with extensive knowledge of our market."
