Idris, Sabrina Elba Showcase Calvin Klein's 'Eternity'

Calvin Klein just debuted its newest fragrance, Eternity Aromatic Essence.

Inspired by the idea of desire, actor-activists Idris and Sabrina Elba are the new faces of the Eternity campaign. The spot, played to the song "Fever," centers on their intimacy.

Shot by Mert Alas and created by CK’s in-house team, the idea is to pair a real couple with a connection to the brand.

The advertising campaign will be featured globally and supported by digital, social, print and TV.

“Calvin Klein’s Eternity campaigns have always shown love that was intimate and real. It’s an honor to have our romance recognized for its authenticity and our commitment captured in this campaign,” the Elbas said jointly.

The new Eternity for men has a fresh juniper berry essence with woody, gin-like facets. The Eternity for women is a floral fragrance with hints of lavender and coconut water, with a dry woody base.

Pairing couples for Eternity isn’t new. In 2020, the ad campaign for Eternity Calvin Klein featured health activist-model Christy Turlington Burns, alongside her husband, actor-director Edward Burns. Turlington starred in the first Eternity work when it debuted in 1988.

Calvin Klein Fragrances is a division of Coty Inc.

The company Calvin Klein was founded in New York in 1968. Its products' global retail sales, which now include jeans and underwear, were approximately $9.3 billion in 2022.
