
Billie Media, a New Zealand-based OOH
agency, has been acquired by Billups, a global OOH managed-services agency that works with advertisers and agencies to enhance media performance via an analytics platform.

work includes Prime Video's "The Boys" and "Hotel Transylvania," Go See, Boring Oat Milk and Silver Fern Farms.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Billups has been on a buying spree.
Since 2023, it acquired Outsight, TAC Media and OOH Labs.

Founded in Auckland in 2021, Billie Media is invested in outdoor media solutions across Australia
and New Zealand. The agency has developed in-house technology, creative optimization and measurement solutions.
