Independent out-of-home media agency Talon has recruited Omnicom Media Group's Ryal Laul as North American CEO.

Laul, who most recently served as president of OMG's OMnet, and previously served as president of its Outdoor Media Group.

Earlier in his career, he reviously held senior out-of-home positions at Dentsu's Posterscope and Publicis Media's Zenith units.

Based in New York, Laul reports to Talon Group CEO Sue Frogley and joins Talon's global board.
