Gaughran will be responsible for business growth, product offerings for clients, as well as articulating business strategy and positioning in the market. Most recently he served as Corporate Strategy Officer for Dentsu Americas.

According to the company Klaassen and Gaughran are jointly tasked with “enhancing cohesion” between Dentsu Creative and Dentsu production arm Tag Worldwide, as well as elevating data, tech and AI adoption across the Creative practice.

The promotions coincide with Dentsu Creative launching a new go-to-market positioning, “Transformative Creativity.”

The new tagline follows the company’s unveiling last month its new brand vision, “Innovating to Impact,” designed to convey Dentsu as an integrated growth and transformation partner to clients.
