Iris Worldwide has named two executives to senior posts. Elisha Pearce has been promoted to managing director, growth and marketing, UK & EMEA. Amy Green was named growth director, UK & EMEA.
Both are charged with enhancing accounts in the regions. Pearce will report to Claire Humphris, CEO, Iris, while Green will report to Pearce.
Pearce joined the global agency in 2007. Previously, she was managing director in the U.K. Her new business accounts from existing clients include Pizza Hut, Delta and Jack Daniel’s.
Her current remit is a repeat performance with key clients in the U.K. and Munich, Germany.
Separately, Green joins from content marketing agency PinPoint Media, where she was marketing-sales director. In her new role. she will be charged with nurturing new leads and converting new business.
