Creative agency Big Spaceship has added three staffers to its
C-suite. The shop was acquired by marketing group MSQ two years ago.
The new appointments are Raphaël Bouquillon as Chief Client Officer, Alessandra Pinho as Chief Strategy Officer and
Simon Harrison as Chief Business Officer. Based in New York, the trio reports to CEO Taryn Crouthers.
The announcement dovetails with new business wins. Big Spaceship is now the social
agency of record for Dropbox, while adding partnerships with Zynga and the New York Mets. The victories mark a 250% increase in new business YoY.

reinvention for Big Spaceship,” Crouthers said in the announcement. “We brought the agency back to its original name, a return to form that honors our history of innovation.

Bouquillon, upped from senior vice president account management, will oversee relationship management and strategic
partnership.
Pinho, previously senior director, brand strategy at Jellyfish, will lead strategy across the agency’s client portfolio. She also held similar roles at 72andSunny and
DDB.
Harrison's remit is financial planning and organizational design, as well as developing new models to sustain agency growth. He's been promoted from senior vice president finance, a
position he had earlier held at Razorfish. Before that, he was a financial director at Huge.
In addition, Casey Licari was named vice president, growth. She joins from Quizlet after nearly a
