Ogilvy has promoted Fiona Gordon to Global CEO of advertising, reporting to Devika Bulchandani, Global CEO of Ogilvy. She also joins the agency’s global executive committee.
Since 2021, Gordon has been CEO of Ogilvy UK. She oversaw all aspects of the agency's operations, including advertising, customer experience, PR-influence, health and consulting. During her tenure, Ogilvy UK secured major new business wins, such as Molson Coors and Valeo Foods UK, the maker of snack brands Kettle Chips and Rowse Honey.
Prior to leading Ogilvy UK, her roles included Chief Client Officer for Ogilvy EMEA and WPP UK Team Lead for Walgreens Boots Alliance. From 2011-2015, she served as Group Chairperson of Ogilvy Singapore, resulting in the agency being named SE Asia Agency of the Year and SE Asia Agency Head of the Year.

Unilever, American Express, GSK, Singtel and Mondelez are some of the accounts she has led.

Gordon's promotion follows the news that WPP acquired New Commercial Arts (NCA), an independent creative and customer experience agency. NCA will extend the agency’s reach in the UK market.
