Hopkins joins from House 337, where she was creative director, overseeing work for NOW (Sky), B&Q, Peta and Green Flag. Also a creative award winner, she began her career at WCRS.
Both executives are charged with the agency's next phase of growth.
Ian Millner, co-founder, Iris Worldwide, said Humphris and Hunter are responsible for "shaping the agency into the force it is today." As for the new duo, he said the women "bring a fresh perspective, a wealth of experience, and a shared passion for innovation that will propel Iris into its next chapter."
Humphris was Iris’ first employee when it launched 25 years ago, joining from IMP as a co-founder, alongside Ian Millner and Stewart Shanley.
Hunter joined Iris in 2004 as creative group head, rising through the ranks to CCO for the network.
Zoe Eagle, new CEO of Iris London, said: “Iris has a phenomenal legacy of creativity and fearlessness. Together with Katy and the entire Iris team, I look forward to driving even more transformative work.”
