Stagwell brand consultancy Redscout has appointed Michael Keany as its new CEO. He succeeds Ivan Kayser who is departing to launch an undisclosed venture, after serving more than a decade at the firm. He will assume the role of executive advisor over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.    

Keany most recently founded design firm Bryant Park Studio and taught courses at Savannah College Of Art And Design.   

Earlier he served at McKinsey & Company where he co-founded McKinsey Academy. He was also a partner and co-founder, Oliver Wyman Studio. He served as CEO of Stagwell’s Code And Theory from 2009 to 2012.   

Redscout has worked with brands like Uber, Netflix, Best Buy, Lands' End, and Peloton.
