Boston-based full-service ad agency Hill Holliday has launched a new healthcare division called Hill Holliday Quest and has hired Christy Lopé to oversee it as managing director. In addition to Boston, it has a New York office.
Lopé is a 20-year Pfizer veteran and held a variety of senior marketing positions before departing in early 2023 to become president of marketing consultancy Ripple Partners.

Hill Holliday has a long track record of service in the health sector previously holding client relationships with major firms like Cigna, CVS and Novartis.
It also had a dedicated healthcare practice called Hill Holliday Health, which remained an Interpublic entity after IPG sold Hill Holliday to Attivo in January. In May IPG folded Hill Holliday Health into McCann Health New Jersey as part of a broader restructuring of its healthcare operations.
Hill Holliday Quest works with Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Point321Health, American Lung Association and others.
“Health is not a straight line, it’s a goal that changes and shifts,” stated Chis Wallrapp, CEO Hill Holliday. “Marketers must meet the consumer where they are on a daily basis,” he added. “Christy brings invaluable brand-side expertise to Hill Holliday Quest, enabling us to better anticipate client needs, navigate industry complexities, and deliver tailored solutions to drive results.”
