Japanese readers are being served business and financial news thanks to the launch of TBS CROSS DIG with Bloomberg, a joint project by Bloomberg Media and Tokyo
Broadcasting System Television, Inc. (TBS). It appears in a dedicated section on TBS News Dig Powered by JNN.
This is the first collaborative product to emerge from
the partnership announced in June of this year by Bloomberg Media and TBS. TBS NEWS DIG Powered by JNN is the online news media of TBS and its 27 affiliates stations.
A new
section of the TBS website features original TBS reporting next to curated selections of Japanese-language Bloomberg articles and videos. The daily coverage provides Japanese news consumers with
expanded access to business and financial journalism, market analysis and video content from Bloomberg.

For Bloomberg,
the launch is “an important next step in our growing partnership with TBS,” says Julia Beizer, chief digital officer of Bloomberg Media.
