McCann Worldgroup has hired Jordan Doucette as chief creative officer, McCann Worldgroup, Canada, where she will oversee all creative operations and output across the network’s Canada operations, which includes McCann, MRM and Craft, and offices in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary.
In her new role, Doucette will work with creative leadership across Canada to further strengthen the creative product across all clients. She will serve as Canada’s chief partner to the broader McCann Worldgroup creative leadership team, led by global chief creative officer Javier Campopiano.

Doucette succeeds Ian Mackenzie who is shifting to the role of McCann Worldgroup’s global AI creative lead. Mackenzie will remain based in Toronto and will work with the network’s creative talent around the world in pursuit of AI-enabled creative innovation.
Doucette most recently served as president and chief creative officer of Dentsu Creative Canada. Earlier she served in senior roles at FCB West, No Fixed Address and Leo Burnett.
McCann Canada was recently named Effie Canada Agency of the Year and took home the Grand Effie at the Effie Awards in Toronto for the “Feel Out Loud” initiative it launched with Kids Help Phone, aimed at expanding access to e-mental health support for young people across Canada.
After competitive pitches year-to-date, McCann Worldgroup Canada won ATCO Energy, Cargill, Forests Ontario, JD Irving, Sports Excellence and Vidanta.
