Hollywood entertainment marketing agency Create Advertising, known for campaigns on "Venom: The Last Dance,"  "Baby Reindeer," "Guardians of the Galaxy 3" and "The Crown," has promoted three executives from its London office.

After founding and overseeing the London operation for the past 14 years, Suneil Beri is returning to Los Angeles in a new role: EVP, executive creative director at the agency. Beri expanded Create London's campaign work beyond trailers to include creative content, social and digital.

Prior to joining Create, Beri was at Sony Pictures, responsible for international A/V creative campaigns across all Columbia Pictures titles.

In addition, Vijay Sodhi, current associate director and vice president at Create, has been promoted to managing director of the London office. He also founded a Games advertising division for the office.

Rosh Thanki, also based in London, has been upped to global creative director of social and digital, heading teams in both Los Angeles and London.

Her most recent campaign work includes "Wicked" and "Gladiator II."

Create is led by David Stern, CEO and Jonathan Gitlin, president.
