Zillow is once again showcasing an exclusive listing for “Santa’s House.”
“Built in 1822, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 2,086 square feet on a 25-acre lot,” according to Quartz. “There is a detached all-weather garage that’s designed to accommodate a sleigh and a stable equipped for reindeer. The property’s two fireplaces, which have built-in stocking hangers, connect to an oversize chimney that is fully ‘elf accessible.’”
The house is listed for $1,206,139 on the Zillow website. This is a more than 2% increase since last Christmas, a Zillow news release states.

“According to the listing, the house is “a cozy storybook abode brimming with warmth and charm” and it’s also "elf-accessible, with a special toy shop door,” per domain.com. “Some special features in Santa’s house include a candy cane dispenser, a 'naughty and nice detector' and two fireplaces with built-in stocking hangers.”
The cabin is on Jingle Bell Boulevard.
“The free, digital experience allows people to get in the holiday spirit by touring the Claus cabin on the Zillow website," according to USA Today. “There are also 17 hidden treasures scattered throughout the virtual tour users are encouraged to find. No prize − just for fun. The Santa Claus cabin is not on the market, but that doesn't stop fans from checking it out. According to Zillow news release, the cabin is the platform's most viewed off-market property.”
The listing includes a holiday feature for kids to tell Santa they've moved.
“Viewed more than 3 million times, just like years past, families can take a virtual 3D tour of the Clauses’ North Pole cabin through an AI-powered interactive floor plan,” according to Chicago Agent. “High-resolution images give families an inside look at exclusive spaces within the home, including Santa’s mailroom, gift-wrapping suite, a custom elf door, naughty-or-nice detector and hot cocoa bar.”
