Ammunition appointed Kate Grafton as vice president of client engagement. She is expected to drive sustainable growth and lead business development efforts for the Atlanta agency.
Previously, Grafton spend nearly 10 years driving sales and business development at Houzz, the home design site for architecture, interior design and home improvement.
Before that, Grafton held sales and marketing roles at tech start-up Leapset (acquired by Sysco) and Bloomspot (acquired by JP Morgan Chase). She also led business development efforts at Groupon and San Diego Tourism.
Jeremy Heilpern, CEO of Ammunition, calls Grafton's hire “a natural step in our growth strategy, reinforcing our commitment to growing brands in the home and building product categories while paving the way to continue leveraging that momentum into like-minded categories.”
Ammunition has work with various brands, such as Atlanta Hawks, Georgia-Pacific, LG and Mitsubishi.
Grafton added she was eager to broaden the agency's national impact and lauded its “blend of creativity and strategy, along with the team’s deep understanding of both individuals and brands.”
Ammunition has achieved a 108% revenue growth over the past three years.
