Executive Shuffle: 160over90 Revamps Top Leadership

Cultural marketing agency 160over90 has added a twist to its top leadership.

The agency will now be co-led by Jessica Sinn, Justin Zambuto and Ryan Brown, all named executive vice presidents. Ed Horne, president since 2017, becomes Chief Operating Officer at On Location, a hospitality and travel company.

The trio manages specific areas.

Sinn leads global business development and oversees the continued growth of 160over90’s entertainment marketing division. She will also coordinate greater collaboration between business development and the agency’s verticals. Before this, Sinn led business development teams at Publicis-owned Team One, 72andSunny and Wieden+Kennedy. Sinn is based in 160over90’s Beverly Hills office.

Zambuto, based in New York, will oversee 160over90’s global accounts, including experiential, partnerships, PR, social and creator verticals, as well as assume leadership over internal operations.

Brown's promotion puts him in charge of the agency’s branding, creative, video, strategy and media services verticals. Brown joined the legacy 160over90 agency in Philadelphia in 2006.

Sinn, Zambuto and Brown jointly said: “As brands of all sizes and across all industries continue chasing cultural relevancy and resonance, there has never been a more exciting time to create work that puts our clients at the forefront of what’s next.”

160over90 is part of global sports and entertainment company Endeavor. Endeavor reached an agreement with TKO Group Holdings, Inc. for TKO to acquire On Location. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.

Client work includes AB InBev, Audi, DP World, Marriott International, USAA and Visa.
