Publicis Media Shakes Things Up, Acquires Dysrupt

Publicis Media U.S. has acquired Dysrupt, a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on paid media, creative and measurement.

No financial terms were disclosed.

Impact Advertising System, Dysrupt’s proprietary media solution, is expected to improve full-serve ad management for Publicis Media clients. IAS is comprised of media-buying technology to enhance media quality and effectiveness. It also improves performance from UGC to gen AI ads and offers a cookieless measurement system to drive value for clients.

Founded in 2019, Dysrupt has optimized campaign performance in ecommerce, entertainment, fintech, health & wellness and subscription.

Dysrupt CEO Peter Muzzonigro, CRO Jarod Haness and COO Nate Lorenzen will join Publicis Media, reporting to Chris Boothe, CEO of Publicis Media U.S. Haness and Lorenzen said joining forces powers Dysrupt's mission: "making the impossible profitable."
