Homes.com Begins 'Best' Effort At Super Bowl

Homes.com, an online residential marketplace, returned to the Super Bowl with two 30-second spots: “Not Saying We’re the Best” in the first quarter and “Still Not Saying We’re the Best” in the third.

Post-Super Bowl, Homes.com is running the ads across TV, streaming video, digital, social and audio.

Taika Waititi ("Jojo Rabbit") directed brand spokesperson and actor Dan Levy, co-star Heidi Gardner and Morgan Freeman in a cameo. The new ads show Levy and Gardner trying to convince their lawyer they can say Homes.com is the best home-shopping site. He objects to making such a bold pronouncement in an commercial, citing legal concerns. 

Last year, during Super Bowl LVIII, CoStar Group launched a $1 billion initiative to introduce Homes.com. Within a year, the campaign drove 110 million average monthly unique visitors to the Homes.com Network for the last fiscal quarter, according to Google Analytics.
