Chili’s Grill & Bar’s latest campaign makes its Presidenté argarita the star by giving the drink its own theme song and music video.
The Presidenté, which has been on Chili’s menus since 1994, contains reposado tequila, brandy and orange liqueur. It is shaken by waitstaff and poured in front of the customer into a blue-rimmed glass and served alongside a blue shaker, which has a newly refreshed logo for 2025.
The blue shaker features prominently in the country music video, which airs on Chili's own social channels and on Fox during the NACAR races in Daytona this week. In the video a former fictional NASCAR driver trades in burning rubber to “Ride the ‘Dente,” which is usually a faux bucking bull in a bar. But instead of a bronco, he is actually riding an oversized Chili’s Presidenté margarita shaker. A new catchy tune, aptly named “Ride the ‘Dente,” plays throughout.

The “Ride the Dente” campaign, which includes a full-length music video seen here created by JM&D, also commemorates the brand’s multi-race partnership extension with Spire Motorsports..
The video also features the new Spire Motorsports No. 7 Chili's Ride the 'Dente Chevy, which will be driven by racer Justin Haley throughout Daytona Speedweeks. Haley will also don a new firesuit featuring a Texas-sized belt buckle detail, faux denim jeans and a western, button-down motif reminiscent of the video.
On Feb. 15 Chili's will hold the “Ride the 'Dente” 200 at Daytona International Speedway, which is the season-opening event for the ARCA Menards Series.
"Our partnership with Spire Motorsports started as a way to bring Chili's to the track and connect with NASCAR fans," said George Felix, Chili's CMO, in a release. "This year, we're cranking it up a notch. We wanted to take our relationship with NASCAR fans to the next level, and what better way than breaking into country music to tell the story of the 'Dente? 'Ride the 'Dente' will be the newest Chili's earworm – and hopefully the new shorthand for grabbing a marg at Chili's.”
