McCann Worldgroup production agency Craft has appointed industry veteran Sam Swisher to Managing Director, North America-Original Content. He joins Jeana Muñoz, recently tapped as Global Head of Human Resources, in rounding out the Craft leadership team.   

Swisher’s remit includes shaping content strategies and collaborating across teams to elevate Craft’s production capabilities.    

In 2009 Swisher co-founded WoodShop Studios Inc., a design-driven production company and specialist in food, beverage, and product content.  

Earlier, he served as executive producer and head of sales at Public VFX (formerly Sea Level), a visual effects company specializing in 3D cars and environments.  

Muñoz will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Craft’s global HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture. She will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.    

Prior to joining Craft, she served as Chief People Officer at Havas Media North America. Earlier she was managing director with Accenture’s Talent and Human Potential consulting practice.
