Havas Media Network this morning named media buying -- and selling -- exec Jon Stimmel Chief Investment Officer for North America.

Stimmel, who joins from Chief Growth Officer at streaming TV ad tech developer Sabio Holdings, previously held senior media-buying roles at IPG Mediabrand's UM, Publicis' Starcom MediaVest Group, and on the client-side at Unilever.

Amy Ginsberg previously held the role of Chief Investment Officer for North America, but has since moved on. She currently is an executive vice president at Starcom.

In a related move at HMN, Mike Bregman has moved from Chief Activation Officer to Chief Data and Product Officer for North America.
