Omnicom Media Group’s OMD USA announced three top level appointments today, including the addition of two Publicis veterans--Kim Einan who joins as Chief Strategy Officer, and Dan Rolli who has been appointed Chief Investment Officer. Rolli succeeds Kelli Metz, who is leaving the agency.
Also, OMD veteran Suzanne Irving is being elevated to the role of President of Integrated Investment and Client Solutions, a new role.

Rolli, who is joining in early Q2, spent nearly two decades at Publicis, most recently as executive vice president-head of partnerships at Zenith. During his tenure Rolli led investment for many of Publicis’s biggest accounts, including Walmart and Verizon.
Einan, who is joining later this year, served 25 years at Publicis media agency Starcom, most recently most as Chief Strategy Officer, the role she now steps into at OMD USA.
Irving, whose promotion is effective immediately, is a 10-year veteran of the agency, most recently serving as executive vice president—US head of integrated investment and activation.
The appointments follow the recent departure of OMG veteran Geoff Calabrese, who joined Publicis Groupe as Chief Commercial Officer. He spent 15 years at the company, most recently as CEO North America Investment.
“Creating what’s next means delivering media solutions that transform our clients’ businesses- creatively, culturally, and commercially,” stated OMD USA CEO Chrissie Hanson, adding that the three new appointees have “repeatedly” shown that they’re up to the task.
