Last week Omnicom’s OMD announced that it had raided rival Publicis Groupe for senior talent. This week it’s Publicis’ turn to do the poaching.
Media agency Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Media, has added two new leaders to its investment practice including Kelly Metz as Chief Investment Officer and Anthony Dario as executive vice president-video investment.

Both join from Omnicom Media Group. Metz was Chief Investment Officer at OMD for a year and a half. Before that she was managing director-advanced TV activation at Omnicom Media Group.
Metz replaces Lisa Giacosa who the agency said is shifting to the dual role of Global Groupe Client Lead as well as Chief Transformation Officer. She will be responsible for driving the integration of innovation for clients across the agency.
Most recently Dario was managing director-enterprise partnerships at Omnicom Media Group, where he served for 4+ years. Earlier he spent nearly five years at Horizon Media. His role at Spark Foundry is new.
Additionally, Spark Foundry said it has launched a new design practice, which will be helmed by Kendra Hatcher King as Global Chief Design Officer.
King most recently served at Accenture Song as a global account lead. Her new role marks her return to the Publicis fold where she has spent most of her career including stints at SapientRazorfish, Razorfish and Leo Burnett.
You neglected to mention that Omnicom also received a first round draft pick in 2026.
