Golf shoe brand FootJoy has continued its "Feel the Joy" platform with three new spots. The tag is: Distinguished Style. Striking Performance.
The creative is by Portland, Oregon agency Opinionated. It was directed by Randy Krallman of Smuggler.
The work, using slow-motion visuals, spotlights the new Hyperflex shoe, designed for the athletic golfer, and features PGA Tour pros Justin Thomas, Will Zalatoris, Sahith Theegala and Cameron Young.
Thomas, who always wore classic-style golf shoes, has made the switch to Hyperflex.
The campaign focuses on the footwork behind their powerful swings and what happens behind-the-scenes on a commercial film shoot.
The ads are running nationally across cable, OTT, online video, social and digital.
According to Golf Datatech Retail Audits 2024, FootJoy was the No. 1 golf footwear brand in both sales value and units sold. It also does well with its gloves and apparel sales.
