The agency said Impey will focus on securing new business, leading strategic pricing and M&A due diligence, and evolving Brainlabs’ commercial strategy worldwide.

The appointment follows a strong year for the 13-year-old agency in North America where it reports achieving 60% year-over-year revenue growth and a 74% pitch win rate. US wins included Bealls, and UNICEF USA.

A 20+ year industry veteran, Impey spent the last dozen years at GroupM and its agencies, most recently as executive vice president, global commercial at the GroupM level. He’s credited with being part of leadership team that reeled in the integrated Coca-Cola marketing account for WPP in 2021.

Prior to joining the WPP media management arm he served at Momentum Worldwide and Iris Worldwide.

His appointment follows key leadership hires at the agency in North America and EMEA – Andy Littlewood in February as Chief Planning and Data Officer in the U.S. and Ali Reed in March as Chief Growth Officer for EMEA.

Brainlabs has headquarters in London and New York and offices in Boca Raton, Bloomington, IN, Toronto, Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Manchester (UK), Warsaw, Singapore and Sydney.
