Fallon Bolsters Leadership, Names Fox Chief Strategy Officer, Pulwer MD


Fallon has added to its leadership ranks.

Twenty-year ad vet James Fox has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer. Lauren Pulwer has joined as managing director, leading the agency’s day-to-day operations and fostering strong client partnerships.

Both executives are based in New York.

Previously, Fox was the first global head of brand strategy for Goldman Sachs,  Fox has worked at the agency earlier in his career, as well as at other agencies, including BBDO, BBH, St Luke's, MullenLowe and UM. He was also CEO of branding agency Red Peak. His focus is the integration of AI and data-driven strategies.

Pulwer, also a two-decade ad specialist, spent the last 12 years at Publicis Groupe, most recently serving as managing director on the Walmart business. Before that, she held posts at Arnold Worldwide, McCann and Ogilvy, where she worked across a diverse portfolio of brands.
