Gunderson Takes Over As CEO, Ogilvy's Lacek Group

The Lacek Group, an Ogilvy One agency, has appointed Randy Gunderson as Chief Executive Officer. The agency focuses on customer loyalty and CRM.

Previously, Gunderson served as the agency’s senior vice president, account services, fostering long-term client relationships. He has been with the agency since 2013.

Bill Baker transitions from CEO to Chairman, until his planned retirement later this year. Baker has served as CEO since 2000.

"We have a 30-year legacy of continuous innovation — setting industry benchmarks and creating enduring customer relationships — and I'm excited to continue that momentum for this modern era," said Gunderson.

In addition, The Lacek Group said Michelle Wildenauer will take on an expanded leadership position as executive vice president, client services and strategy, overseeing both client and strategic development.

The Lacek Group just moved into new offices in the Dayton's Project property in downtown Minneapolis.
