The Shipyard Acquires TinyWins

Columbus, Ohio marketing agency The Shipyard has acquired digital agency TinyWins for an undisclosed price. Tinywins has offices in Santa Monica, CA and Denver. 

TinyWins’ co-founders Lillian Marsh and Matty Ayers, along with CEO and partner Alwyn De Gallegos, will join The Shipyard’s leadership ranks as partners, reporting to Matt Bruot, president of The Shipyard. The agencies said TinyWins staff of 75 would remain in place.

TinyWins touts capabilities in strategy, creative, design, digital as well as expertise in AI, Web3 and app development. The agency has worked with brands like grocery giant Albertsons, Samsung, Hoka athletic footwear, Budweiser and Warner Music Group.  

The deal follows The Shipyard’s acquisition last year of Fahlgren Mortine and its subsidiary Turner, a specialist in travel, tourism, and lifestyle marketing. 

The agency also recently made key leadership appointments including William Gellner as chief creative officer; James Ou as vice president, data intelligence; Patti Ziegler as managing partner; and Tammy Haughey as managing partner for the West Coast.
