M+C Saatchi Performance has selected Jim Hamilton as managing director, North America.
Prior to his appointment, Hamilton's previous agency posts include SVP, Adlucent, managing director, Jellyfish, and vice president-managing director, iCrossing.
In his new role, he is focused on driving agency growth and client results. In 2025 alone, M+C added Shopify and GoPuff to its roster.
Hamilton joins a recent line-up of senior M+C Saatchi Group appointments in North America, including Nadja Bellen-White, Group CEO, and Suresh Raj, Chief Growth Officer.
Founded in 2006, the agency was early to mobile and app marketing.
