Aventi Group, a Silicon Valley product marketing agency, promoted Marie Melgaard to partner.

Previously, Melgaar had served as vice president, social media-digital marketing practice. She was responsible for data-driven social programs that boosted client engagement, mentored rising marketers, and broadened the agency's integrated-communications operations.

Melgaar began her career at Borland Software as a manager of analyst relations, then worked for Business Objects as a senior manager of analyst relations before joining SAP. She became an Aventi staffer in 2023.
