Supernova has named Sophie Novak client director.
Founded
in 2023, Supernova is Atomic London’s social creator agency. The appointment follows a strong period of new business wins.
Previously, Novak worked at Ketchum, growing its social and
influence division and handling campaigns for P&G, Booking.com, Colgate-Palmolive and Danone.
In the newly created role, she reports to Tom Sneddon and Raf McDonnell, managing partners.
Her charge is to expand Supernova’s existing client relationships, which includes Greater Anglia, Ladbrokes, Back Market and Ramona's. Novak is also charged with building and sustaining the
account management team to deliver the agency's vision of “grown-up social.”

Sneddon said: “For a brand to succeed in social, it needs to unlock a clear role within culture. That’s why this hire is so important. Sophie is a sharp,
forward-thinking client lead with a brilliant track record in delivering innovative campaigns where creativity and culture collide.”
Novak added she joined Supernova because “bold
social thinking, cultural relevance and the creator economy are at its heart. I’m excited to help brands ditch the safety net and make meaningful impact.”
