Havas has acquired Spanish digital performance and ecommerce strategy agency
Tidart for an undisclosed sum.
Headquartered in Madrid, Tidart, founded in 2012 will maintain its brand and operational structure, while integrating into Havas Media
Network’s global e-commerce practice, Havas Market. It will also continue to be led by CEO Antonio Ramirez.

The agency’s team of 40+ will relocate to Havas Village Madrid
offices.
Havas said the move would further strengthen its global performance and e-commerce capabilities.
Tidart says it leverages proprietary technology
to optimize advertising investment in channels including SEM, SEO, Social Ads, Programmatic Display & Video, and more.
