Highdive Opens New York Office, Reflects Agency's Stellar Growth


Highdive has launched a new office in New York, led by Steven Fogel and Doug Fallon, executive creative directors.

The expansion is a result of the creative agency's 32% YoY growth, the agency's eighth consecutive year of double-digit growth.

Fogel and Fallon join the indie agency from Ogilvy New York, where they served as group executive creative directors and helped lead Ogilvy to 2024 Network of the Year at Cannes.

The pair also worked at BBDO New York on AT&T, DirecTV, HBO Max and Dunkin'. They also worked at Grey New York, where their Verizon's "Break the Internet" Super Bowl spot and work that earned Grey its first Cannes Gold Lions.

Co-CCO Chad Broude added the move "marks an exciting new chapter as we continue to break the formula of traditional ways of working."

Highdive's client roster includes Jeep, State Farm, KFC, Airheads and BetMGM.
