
Arnold Worldwide named Marc
Blanchard as executive vice president, head of experience design.
Blanchard reports to Arnold CEO George Sargent.
The former chief experience officer for Bounteous will work with
Arnold and Havas CX global leadership on a variety of clients, including Progressive Insurance, PNC Bank, ADP and De Beers.

is intense, adding Blanchard “brings the vision and craft to meet that challenge. His leadership will help take our experience design offering to the next level.”
Blanchard, a Clio
and One Show winner, is no stranger to Havas. He spent 18 years leading the agency’s global experience design engagement with IBM. He was a founding partner of IBM’s marketing innovation
studio guided brands with emerging AI technologies.
