
Experiential marketing agency The
Opus Group has been acquired by EagleTree Capital. The previous owner was Growth Catalyst Partners.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Opus is comprised of three agencies: Opus
Agency, MAS and Verve. Their offices cover the U.S. EMEA and APAC, with a client list that includes Amazon, BMW, Diageo, Google and Salesforce.

EagleTree's investment is geared to growth through strategic acquisitions.
