
Harkey Media has just acquired Mesa
Outdoor, a leading independent OOH operator in the San Francisco Bay Area. The acquisition adds to Harkey's reach in top markets in the U.S., including New York, Los Angeles, Boston and Las Vegas.
The seven-figure deal expands Phoenix-based Harkey Media’s footprint in Northern California.
Financing was provided by Verde Outdoor Capital, a capital partner focused on
supporting growth in the OOH sector.
Harkey Media now possesses $100 million-plus of capital to deploy across the country. The goal is to secure more high-quality OOH assets in major U.S.
media markets.

In late July, Harkey Media has signed a development deal with
Onsite Advertising. Harkey Media will also serve as the exclusive sales team to Onsite's 30-plus assets in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville.
