
Kyla Jeffers has been hired as chief
growth officer, North America for Dentsu, a new role.
Previously, she served as executive vice president, global growth and marketing lead for WPP, where she led the Coca-Cola Company pitch.
Later, she became global president for the Coca-Cola business.
Jeffers will lead business development across the region, delivering data-driven strategies across Dentsu’s core
brands.
Past agency posts include Global Chief Marketing Officer, TBWA, and director of business development at Crispin.
“Greater collaboration will enable more seamless
activation of best practices across the network, ultimately creating stronger outcomes for our clients,” she said. “My expertise lies in leveraging creativity, media and innovation to
unlock growth and amplify brand impact.”
Her appointment follows Beth Ann Kaminkow's as CEO, North America. The company has also been expanding its sports and entertainment
divisions.
The agency's roster has included Intel, Heineken, Hilton and Burger Hill.
