Seattle-based Independent agency Copacino Fujikado (Co.) is out with a
new B2B campaign pitching mid-size brands that satirizes the major holding companies and the ways that smaller clients at big agencies can get lost in the shuffle.
One video, called
“Bait And ...” shows a pitch meeting where a senior
big agency biz dev team has just closed the deal as the client team is signing the contract. But when the clients look up after signing the papers, the closers have been replaced by a slovenly looking
entry level duo focused on their phones, vaping and, well, anything but the client.

Another spot pokes fun at how distracted and unfocused big agency service can be given M&A activity at the parent company level. A third spot zeroes in on how difficult it can be for a smaller client to get to the
right person at a big agency to address a specific issue.
All three videos end with the message, “Don’t Let Big Hold You Back,” with the word “Big”
quickly morphing to “BS”. The agency’s name flashes across the screen followed by the tagline, “an independent agency made for mid-size brands.”
“From the
scrappiest startups to household names, brands across the spectrum are seeing their timelines condensed, their budgets constrained, and their market shares challenged,” says Copacino Fujikado
CEO Scott Foreman. “We believe every brand ... deserves breakthrough work.”
The agency has its own proprietary creative process called “The Sprint” that’s designed
to give clients just that.
