
Adam&eveDDB London
appointed Britt Iversen as executive strategy director. She leads strategy for top clients, including Amazon.
Iversen reports to Chief Strategy Officer Will Grundy and works with a team of senior
strategists. They include co-founder of Joint London Lori Meakin, who joined as planning partner in May, and former Colenso BBDO planner Martin Bassot, named as strategy partner in July.
Previously, Iversen worked at Pablo, where she led the agency’s government work, the Metropolitan Police and the latest campaigns for giffgaff.
Her agency career also includes Mother,
Fabula and Havas London, where she was executive strategy director until June 2024. She helped the agency win a Gold Lion in creative strategy in 2023-24. Iversen also played a key role for Asda,
reintroducing Will Ferrell’s iconic Elf for the retailer’s Christmas campaign.

Before this, she co-founded publishing studio Visual Editions, collaborating with Google Creative
Lab, H&M Group and WeTransfer.
