Agency Vet Carvajal Launches Fulltank To Service Brand Building


Amy Carvajal, former Chief Creative Officer for Code and Theory, just debuted Fulltank, a new design studio. 

She has assembled a core team of independent strategy, design, marketing and tech pros.

Jessica Davis, former Essence COO, who headed North American ops for IPG Mediabrands, has joined the endeavor as a partner.

Previously, the seasoned Carvajal led agency teams at Wunderman Thompson, Publicis, McCann and Ogilvy. She told Little Black Book her company is “built for the full arc of brand building.”

To date, Fulltank has quietly been working with a sustainability company and in a new packaged-goods category. Her business focus is startups, which will gain access to top talent at scale they can handle.
