Havas Media announced that it is expanding
the remit of Noise Digital CEO Trevor Carr, who has been named Head of CSA North America, effective immediately. The role is new and Carr reports to Craig
James, CEO Havas Media North America.
CSA (Consumer Science & Analytics) is the data analytics and market research consultancy that Havas acquired from
Bollore Group in 2015 and has since rolled out globally to about 20 markets across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia. Globally the CSA unit is overseen by Jamie Seltzer,
global chief data and technology officer Havas Media Network.

Carr founded performance marketing agency Noise Digital in 1998 in Vancouver, Canada and has continued
to run it after its acquisition by Havas in 2023.
The agency said Carr will continue to lead Noise while taking on management duties for CSA NA. The consultancy
provides expertise in measurement strategy, media mix modeling, attribution, first-party data management, and advanced analytics.
