Nutrabolt, a global active health and wellness
company, is growing its initial minority stake in Bloom Nutrition, with what it describes as a “significant investment.”
Bloom Nutrition is a wellness line founded in 2019 by
influencer Mari Llewellyn and her husband Greg LaVecchia.
Nutrabolt wouldn’t confirm if the new investment gave it a majority stake in Bloom, but the additional funding brings its total
investment in the company to around $210 million.
“While we are not disclosing specific ownership details at this time, we can share that this investment underscores our commitment to
supporting Bloom's growth and expanding its impact in the wellness space well into the future,” a Nutrabolt representative said in a statement.
In the summer of 2024, Nutrabolt teamed up
with Bloom to launch the Bloom Sparkling Energy line, which led to national distribution earlier this year.

Nutrabolt’s portfolio of brands includes the C4 Energy drink, which recently
launched a “Home Opener Takeover” campaign in partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles’ star Saquon Barkley, after adding the running back to its athlete roster in May.
The two-week campaign kicked off with a social media post featuring Barkley, announcing a series of
upcoming “Home Opener Takeover” events, and includes a limited-time offer t-shirt for $26, with 100% of proceeds donated to The Michael Ann & Saquon Barkley Hope Foundation, which is focused on youth programming and initiatives combining sports and academics.
The campaign also features
OOH ads and experiential activations across the city, including billboards, subway takeovers, and a C4 truck making stops at iconic Philadelphia locations such as Geno’s Steaks cheesesteak
restaurant.
