Now even fast food loyalty programs have
“seasons.”
This week White Castle announced Season Two of its Craver Nation rewards program. The revamped loyalty program’s campaign invites cravers to “Level Up Your
Cravings” as they “embark on a new journey filled with fresh quests, richer perks and more exclusive offers.”
To promote the program, the chain will award new cravers 50
bonus points for orders until Sept. 30, with existing members receiving a one-time 25% discount on a mobile order until Nov. 16.
Those new cravers who sign up will still get $5 off their first
mobile order, with a minimum purchase of $5.
For existing members, they will all be automatically reset to the Adventurer tier, where they will encounter all new “quests” that,
once completed, promote them to Champion and ultimately to Legend status. For every $1 spent, the customer earns five points; 300 points unlocks Champion status and a 25% discount on a mobile order;
600 points elevates members to Legend status and a 30% discount.

Birthday awards have been leveled up as well, with Adventurers receiving a free dessert-on-a-stick, while Champions and Legends
get a free shake or frozen drink.
Adventurers can now get a free small side with the purchase of any combo meal or can unlock a buy-one-get-one breakfast combo by ordering breakfast. Champions
can earn $4 off a mobile order by visiting four times in one month, while Legends who complete every quest will be rewarded with a free Crave Clutch, which includes 20 sliders. Once they reach 1000
points, Legends can also unlock a free Original or Cheese Slider Combo, as well as earn a free medium side for every additional 100 collected.
The brand originally launched Craver Nation
Rewards in 2024, “growing active members by 25% and doubling loyalty transactions in its first year.”
