Minneapolis-based “social first” marketing agency The
Social Lights has promoted Ali Olson to Chief Operating Officer and Gayle Malcolm has joined the agency as vice president of client success. Both roles are
new.
Olson joined the agency three years ago as vice president of operations. She led the agency's relocation to new headquarters and
implemented enterprise-level technology integrations across social media, influencer management and project management, collaboration tools and AI
software.

Earlier she served at Wunderman Thompson, Horizontal Digital and Olson.
Malcolm brings more than two decades of global brand marketing experience to
the agency, having held leadership roles at major retailers like Estée Lauder Companies and Best Buy. Most recently, she served as vice president of performance marketing at Chico's
FAS.
“These moves allow us to engage in strategic brand partnerships with a differentiated point-of-view that emanates out from
social,” stated Stephanie Schafer, President and Chief Growth Officer of The Social Lights.
The agency was founded in 2011 and has worked with companies like Cargill, General Mills
and Caribou Coffee. Emily Pritchard is founder and CEO.
