Gallop was presented with the Golden Apple trophy for her pioneering work
bringing UK advertising to New York—She launched ad agency BBH’s US operation in 1998. The award also recognizes her influence on leadership and collaboration across
both markets.
Publicis Groupe acquired control of the agency in 2012. Gallop left the agency in 2005 after having served as Chairman and
CMO BBH New York.
“I’m proud to see the extraordinary bonds between the UK and US advertising industries continuing to grow stronger, fueled by bold
ideas, diverse talent, and fearless leadership on both sides of the Atlantic,” Gallop stated.
After BBH, Gallop founded two consultancies including marketing software
firm IfWeRanTheWorld and MakeLoveNotPorn, a platform offering “role-model positive sexual values and behaviors.”
