
Brian Hoar has been appointed to
a new role at Tux Creative House: Chief Growth Officer.
Hoar brings 20+ years of experience in brand-building and business development. Previously, he spent a decade as partner at R&R, the
agency that created “What Happens Here, Stays Here” campaign for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
His R&R global brand experience includes Anheuser-Busch,
the National Hockey League, Discover Puerto Rico and Hyatt. He also led the strategic acquisition of CMV/R&R in Mexico City.

Prior to his leadership role at R&R Partners, Hoar spent six years as publisher and
SVP sales-marketing at Playboy Enterprises. His career began at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
The agency, founded in 2010 by Tremblay, a former brand director at L’Oreal, and Ludwig
Ciupka, a fashion photographer, is based in Santa Monica, California. The agency’s clients include Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Maybelline NYC, W Hotels, Nike and Converse.
